David Zubler, EA

David is the firm’s founder, and an IRS Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Enrolled Agents like attorneys have unlimited practice rights in tax representation before the IRS. David graduated from Penn State in accounting and Pellissippi State in computer science with high distinction.

David has studied with the Bradford Tax Institute, American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, National Association of Tax Professionals and Michael Rozbruch’s Tax & Business Solution Academy to further his expertise in solving tax problems. He has over 25 years of experience in personal and business taxes, and is the author of four tax books.

Brenda Fleeman

Brenda is a Paralegal with over 20 years of experience working with a law firm. She graduated from Pellissippi State.

Richard Zubler, EA

Richard is an Enrolled Agent and our VP of Process Operation Management having over 30 years of management experience. He has studied with NATP and ASTPS.

Lynda is an attorney and graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law.

PS — If you are discussing your tax situation over the telephone with other firms, be sure to ask them one important question:

“Are you a licensed tax professional that is legally eligible to offer me tax advice, or are you a salesman?”

This is by far the single most important question you should ask anybody trying to offer you tax advice. If they are a salesperson, I highly encourage you to run quickly in the opposite direction.
